Jamaica Hurricane Relief Fund

Quebec Village Hall are proud to be supporting Jamaica, following the recent Hurricane that devastated the Island, leaving so many people without homes, schools, health care, electricity, water and the essential items we all need to survive.

Many people will know that Jamaica is very close to our hearts as Trustees and it has affected ourselves and many others on a personal level.

We hope our members and others can support our relief fund that will provide much needed funding and equipment for families in the parish of Trelawny, Jamaica.

All Donations Welcome

One of the most effective ways to help is by donating cash.

We have a collection box within the hall or you can donate directly via the button Below:

Would you be interested in organising an event or have a sponsorship idea, then please contact us.

Hurricane Melissa - the strongest storm in Jamaica’s history - has devastated communities across the island, bringing winds of up to 280 km/h as well as torrential rains, and storm surges that left homes destroyed, roads blocked, and thousands displaced.

Nearly 1.9 million people are affected, with many families trapped or living in makeshift shelters as flooding and landslides continue.
